Sweet and Sticky Sausage Bites

📝 Ingredients

1 kg cocktail sausages (or smoked sausages, cut into small pieces)

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon mustard (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the sausages in a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and mustard.

Pour the sauce over the sausages and mix well.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook until the sausages are caramelized and sticky.

Serve warm with toothpicks.

You can make it spicier by adding chili flakes.
