Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

For the Choux Pastry (Cake Layers)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) butter

  • 1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour

  • 4 large eggs

  • A pinch of salt

For the Cream Cheese Filling

  • 300 g (10 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Light Custard Layer (Optional but recommended)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold milk

  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding (approx. 40 g)

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese

For Topping

  • Powdered sugar for dusting
