Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Set aside. Parboil the baby potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the steak bites and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Combine and Season: Return the potatoes to the skillet. Add the thyme and rosemary, stirring to combine everything well. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through and blend flavors.
Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
