Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Mix shredded cheddar and Parmesan in a bowl.

Pat olives dry to help the cheese stick.

Take about 1 tbsp of the cheese mixture, flatten it, place one olive in the center, and wrap the cheese around it to form a ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Arrange the cheese-wrapped olives on the baking sheet.

Bake 12–16 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.

Let cool 3–5 minutes before serving warm.

Tips:

Mix mild cheddar or mozzarella with Parmesan for a milder flavor.

Use stuffed olives for extra taste.

Add garlic powder or smoked paprika if desired.

Balls can be made ahead and refrigerated; increase bake time slightly when ready.
